The EBW advertising policy sets a standard for disclosing payment, sponsorship and affiliate compensation. It is a transparency standard, not confirmation that all previously published content has already undergone a labelling audit.
Commercial cooperation may involve company participation in an article. Such material uses a “Partner content” label; the relevant relationship and possible compensation should be disclosed in the item concerned. Enquiries: eurobestwork.pr@gmail.com.
Relationships that require disclosure
Paid placement involves payment for publication or preparation. Sponsorship may fund a section. An affiliate link may generate compensation for a click, enquiry or purchase. Transferring an enquiry to a provider is a separate process that may involve personal data.
A company mention alone does not establish payment. Absence of compensation must not be claimed without checking the relationship. For an individual article, the relevant issue is the actual connection and its potential effect on how readers understand a recommendation.
How disclosure should appear
Disclosure should be visible before a reader mistakes a commercial message for an independent recommendation. A paid article needs a clear sponsorship or paid-placement label; a relevant link needs an explanation of possible compensation beside it or before the relevant section.
A general policy in the footer cannot replace an item-specific disclosure. Wording should explain the partner’s role without ambiguous euphemisms. Applicable legal requirements and actual mobile display need separate checks; this page does not certify their technical implementation.
Partner content and company overviews
A company may contribute to an explanation of a service, process, offer or practical employment, visa or relocation issue. Its information must be distinguished from editorially supported facts. Offer conditions, dates and material restrictions should survive editing and adaptation.
An overview cannot guarantee provider reliability, an authority’s decision or a contractual outcome. Readers need the current agreement, the contracting entity checked and their circumstances assessed. A partnership does not turn a service into an official government programme.
Accuracy and editorial decisions
Commercial involvement does not remove requirements for evidence, calculations and separation of fact from opinion. Claims about timing, documents and employment rights need checking against the applicable rule. Payment is not evidence of professional competence.
A partner can identify a factual error or supply documents. Corrections should depend on evidence. Promising to conceal a material risk, guarantee an authority’s decision or disguise advertising as an independent review is incompatible with this standard.
Enquiries and personal data
If an arrangement involves forwarding an enquiry, the recipient, purpose and applicable processing conditions should be clear before submission. Reading an article must not be treated as permission to send a passport or contact details to a partner.
This does not assert that EBW currently operates such a mechanism. Its existence, notice, lawful basis and configuration need separate confirmation and alignment with the privacy policy. Do not attach sensitive documents to a routine editorial message.
Questions and corrections
Unclear disclosure or a disputed commercial claim can be reported by identifying the page, passage and concern. A record of the wording or a supporting document link can help, without unnecessary personal data.
Assessment should cover both the factual statement and the relationship disclosure. Correcting a label cannot make an incorrect condition true. A confirmed service change requires review of the relevant article, not merely this policy.
