This policy explains how visitor data is handled by EBW. Personal-data enquiries should be sent to the project administration at eurobestwork.pr@gmail.com.

Data that may be processed

Technical information may include IP addresses, browser details, interface language, referring pages and cookies. Where analytics operates, information about pages visited and interactions is processed. Editorial correspondence involves the name, email address and message submitted by the sender.

Purposes and grounds

Data supports website operation and security, responses to enquiries and improvements to articles. The ground depends on the purpose: applicable consent, fulfilling a request or agreement, or a legitimate interest assessed against individual rights. Consent is not a substitute for establishing the basis of every other activity.

Retention

The project’s Russian policy sets reference limits of up to 12 months for technical data, 26 months for analytics and 24 months for correspondence. The specific period depends on purpose, service and mandatory requirements. Information should not be retained longer than necessary and is deleted or anonymised when its applicable period ends.

Cookies

Necessary cookies support sessions and security; functional cookies remember preferences; analytics cookies support statistics. Session files relate to the session; the policy gives reference periods of up to 12 months for functional files and 6–26 months for analytics files. These categories do not imply that every cookie type is installed on every visit.

Cookie settings can be managed through the browser and available website consent controls. Technologies requiring consent under applicable law should not process data before that consent is obtained. Disabling necessary files may affect individual features.

Access and third-party services

Hosting and technical providers may receive access necessary for their tasks. The project policy mentions Cloudflare, Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica; actual processing depends on the services enabled and their settings. International transfers require compliance with applicable rules and safeguards.

Individual rights

Depending on the applicable law, individuals may request access and correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent and exercise portability where available. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. A request should identify the action sought; unnecessary passport or bank documents are not required.

Use the contact above. Responses follow the deadline in applicable law, which is not invariably 30 days. Where GDPR applies, the standard period is one month, subject to permitted extensions. Where the Nigeria Data Protection Act applies, its relevant rights and procedures must be respected. A complaint may also be made to the competent supervisory authority, including the Nigeria Data Protection Commission where appropriate.

Security and children’s data

Proportionate technical and organisational measures include access management, secure connections and system maintenance according to the actual configuration. Absolute security of internet transmission cannot be guaranteed.

The materials address adults. Do not submit a child’s information through editorial correspondence without necessity and a lawful basis. If improper collection is identified, the administration assesses stopping the processing and deleting data in accordance with the law.
