Contact EBW about a published article, report an error, suggest a topic or provide a verifiable update. Editorial channel: eurobestwork.pr@gmail.com. Personal-data contact: eurobestwork.pr@gmail.com. Hours and time zone: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 Moscow time (08:00–16:00 WAT in Nigeria).

Any contact form used should deliver to the actual channel. A statement about a form does not establish that submission and delivery were tested. Do not send unnecessary personal records.

Errors and rule changes

Identify the article, precise statement, country, category and correction source. For visas and work, provide nationality and filing context only as needed to explain the rule; for statistics, the period and measure; for tax, the year and base.

A new official instruction, revised series or programme closure calls for specific checking. A different search result alone does not establish error. Include the effective date and explain the actual change.

Topics, cooperation and company responses

Suggest work, salary, tax, visa or relocation coverage by identifying the audience question and useful evidence. Considering a topic does not guarantee publication.

A company representative can supply a correction or response. Evidence of authority should be proportionate to the context. Contact, pressure or a commercial proposal does not guarantee a review change. A separate commercial channel, if used, is eurobestwork.pr@gmail.com.

Data and message contents

For a data request, use eurobestwork.pr@gmail.com and state the action sought. Do not post a passport, complete bank record or another person’s details in a public comment. Any necessary identity check should be proportionate.

An ordinary editorial correction needs the link, explanation and source. A full immigration history is normally unnecessary. Message handling and statutory response timing follow the privacy notice and applicable rules.

What a contact request can provide

EBW publishes information rather than deciding for a consulate, tax administration or employer. A contact form is not a visa application, a complaint to a public authority or an appointment with a licensed adviser.

The intended editorial reply target is usually 3–5 working days; this is a target rather than a guarantee for every enquiry. The former three-to-five-working-day promise has not been carried over without confirmation. A statutory request can have separate timing; for an urgent procedural deadline, use the competent authority rather than wait for an editorial reply.
