There is no universal “EU citizenship within a year without residence or language” procedure. Each state determines its grounds and conditions; professional assistance cannot replace personal eligibility.
How to assess a citizenship proposal
Ask for the country, legal provision and qualifying fact: a parent’s or ancestor’s nationality, former citizenship, residence or another recognised ground. An ethnic or territorial connection is not a sufficient common condition throughout Europe.
Naturalisation also does not universally mean “more than ten years”. Establish national periods, qualifying residence, language and other conditions. A promise that existing nationality can be retained needs assessment under both countries’ laws and the selected ground.
A Nigerian resident should separately establish filing jurisdiction, personal travel and consequences for existing nationality. A customer history with different starting facts does not establish your eligibility.
Documents, apostilles and proof of eligibility
An archive record must establish the required fact, rather than merely a relative’s birthplace. Agree the institutions, research periods, copies and translations. An apostille authenticates the relevant formal elements of a document; it does not itself prove a citizenship entitlement.
Identify who obtains originals, checks generational links and handles an unsuccessful search. Research can change the initial assessment. A qualifying ancestor cannot be promised regardless of the actual records.

A passport, ID card, driving licence and birth certificate are not one automatic output. Each document has its own issuing authority and conditions. A representative’s power of attorney cannot remove mandatory personal steps, examinations or an oath.
Compare the fees for assessment, research, the main engagement and official payments. Address refusal, termination and legal changes. A convenient contact form cannot replace a written scope.
