The unhyphenated page describes Russian residence assistance, fixed packages and language support. This describes that page specifically, rather than proving common ownership of both sites. The article remains subject to editorial identity verification.
How to establish the contracting provider
Request the full name, registration, address, payment recipient and confirmation of the website and proposal for which the entity is responsible. Match these against the agreement and payment details. Similar names or design are insufficient.
A “licensed lawyers” statement needs verification for the person, jurisdiction and activity. A website is not a professional register. A page-fetch failure also proves neither that the business has closed nor a connection to another organisation.
Residence and citizenship are not one automatic package
Identify the proposed status: temporary residence, a residence permit or citizenship. Residence preparation does not imply a later nationality application is included. Marriage and ancestry require facts recognised by current law, rather than a broad list of Soviet or Russian relatives.
Filing, consideration and passport issuance are separate stages. Do not treat a power of attorney as a universal way to lodge citizenship applications for a client. Confirm representation, attendance and any exceptions with the competent authority for the particular procedure.
A Nigerian resident additionally needs assessment of entry, filing location and personal attendance before travel. English-language communication does not expand the available legal grounds.

What citizenship-benefit lists do and do not establish
Employment, healthcare, pensions, education and benefits have separate rules. Citizenship does not guarantee every payment without meeting its conditions. Other countries’ entry arrangements do not imply unrestricted travel throughout the CIS.
Retention of an existing nationality and required declarations need assessment under both legal systems. A short promotional benefits list cannot resolve them. Nor does a new status automatically end every registration or other obligation.
What to retain before selecting a service
Retain the verified entity, agreed scope, price, document copies and schedule of personal actions. Reviews must concern the same provider and service; without identification, an aggregate rating would be unreliable.
