This overview concerns the private Moscow agency branded Unified Visa Centre, or Ediny Vizovy Centre. It is not a consulate or automatically an appointed application operator. Its website offers online and office-based visa-document preparation. The word “centre” does not itself establish official authority.
Before paying, identify the destination and actual purpose. Tourism, study, work and residence require different grounds. A promised validity period cannot replace checking the category and availability of the procedure.
What the applicant is purchasing
Completing a form, reviewing documents, translation, invitation support and insurance selection are separate tasks. Identify the contracting business, payment recipient and included work. An agency does not become the deciding authority by arranging an appointment or helping transmit documents.
The website’s approval percentage and customer totals are company claims. Without a method, period and verifiable sample, they cannot be read as a particular applicant’s approval probability. “Preparation in one day” also does not mean an official decision in one day.
Application jurisdiction comes before intermediary convenience
The European Commission explains that Schengen applications generally go to the consulate responsible for legal residence and the main destination. For equal-length visits, the first destination rule applies. This is not permission to select any consulate because appointments seem easier.
A Nigerian resident should start with the destination’s official procedure in Nigeria. A Moscow agency’s online availability does not establish entitlement to lodge a case in Russia. If legally resident elsewhere, document that residence and follow the relevant consular jurisdiction.
Visa validity, entries and permitted stay
A long-validity short-stay visa does not allow permanent Schengen residence. The ordinary limit is up to 90 days in any 180-day period, subject to the visa’s conditions. Check the number of entries, validity dates, permitted days and entry requirements separately.
The Commission’s November 2025 decision provides more restrictive multiple-entry rules for Russian nationals residing and applying in Russia, with specified exceptions. Those nationality-specific rules should not be copied into an ordinary Nigerian-national assessment. Conversely, Nigerian nationality does not guarantee a long-validity visa.
A Schengen visit does not guarantee the absence of every internal check or replace permission to work. A move needs the appropriate national category.

Remote preparation does not cancel required attendance. Check any biometric exemption under the actual procedure, rather than a general “no visit” promise. Appointment availability and official consideration are not entirely within the intermediary’s control.
Insurance needs the correct territory, dates, risks, limits, exclusions and claims process. It cannot be assumed to reimburse every medical expense in every situation. Check acceptance for the application and how to obtain assistance at the destination.
Russian invitations and travel arrangements
For a foreign visitor to Russia, the invitation and visa category depend on nationality and purpose. There is no universal rule that an invitation matters only after 30 days. Check the host and official procedure without substituting tourism for a private or employment purpose.
Tickets, excursions, accommodation, guides and transport are travel arrangements. They can have a separate contract and budget; they do not establish entry rights or guarantee a visa. Agree booking-refund conditions for refusal or postponement.
Unified Visa Centre reviews
Identify the particular agency and branch: similarly named centres may be unrelated. Check the date, destination, service and result. This independent description should not be mistaken for a message from the agency.
The agreement and evidence of completed work matter. Neither thanks after a consultation nor one refusal establishes an overall success percentage. For a longer move, separately examine UK work categories or Spanish residence grounds, rather than transferring tourism conditions.

Is this every consulate’s official operator?
The private centre’s name does not establish that. Check the appointed operator on the actual consulate’s website.
Does long validity permit employment?
Not by itself. The appropriate category and employment permission are required under the applicable rules.
Can five-year validity be guaranteed?
The responsible authority decides under the rules and facts. An intermediary cannot predetermine validity or entries.
Will every payment be refunded after refusal?
Each payment has its own terms. Separate completed work, official charges and refundable bookings.
Must I buy agency assistance?
Private preparation is optional; the procedure determines mandatory official steps and charges.
